Frequently asked questions
Can you cut any design I want into a coin?
We can cut most designs (unless they are copyrighted) - it doesn't have to be the image on the coin! Just request a custom order!
Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped?
Each item comes gift-wrapped in organza and gold! Your receipt is kept separate from the gift wrap.
How should I care for my coin jewellery?
All coins will tarnish with wear. If you want to keep them shiny, we recommend polishing with a silver polishing cloth (included with purchase). Sometimes, however, the tarnished metal can create pretty patterns that are unique to you!
